Swissôtel Istanbul Bosphorus was nothing short of outstanding. First of all, a huge thank you to Nur and Sude at the Sabrosa breakfast restaurant — both of them were incredibly kind, welcoming, and consistently delivered excellent service every morning. They truly made breakfast feel special, and their warm attitude set the tone for each day. Our room was exceptional, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. Every staff member we interacted with was polite and genuinely lovely. A special mention goes to the gentleman who handled our room cleaning — unfortunately I didn’t catch his name, but we stayed in room 1245 and he cleaned our room every day. He was veryyyy kind, always smiling, and provided service that went above and beyond. His attention to detail and friendliness made such a difference to our stay. Another big thank you to Ozgur (HK) who was also incredibly lovely and helped us out a lot. His professionalism and kindness stood out from the start. The hotel facilities are excellent, from the restaurants to the spa and overall atmosphere. I can honestly say this is the best Swissôtel I’ve ever stayed in, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. Everything — including the food, the comfort, and the service — was truly top-tier.

We would like to express our special thanks to Polina Perihan for her warm and welcoming attitude. From the very first moment, she greeted us with kindness and made us feel comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that she speaks Russian and Bulgarian, which was extremely helpful for us, especially since communication in the hotel is mainly in English. Her language skills made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. It is a pity that we met her only in the restaurant area — if she were at the reception, her presence would be even more valuable for guests. She is truly a wonderful representative of the hotel, and we are very grateful for her assistance.
