Our stay at Sofitel Istanbul Taksim was absolutely outstanding and truly exceeded all of our expectations. We booked two rooms, and to our pleasant surprise, the hotel generously upgraded us to a beautiful suite room. The room was spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable, making our stay even more memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. We would also like to give special appreciation to Irfan from the restaurant team, who served us with great enthusiasm and kindness. It was such a joyful surprise to meet someone from our own country, Indonesia, which made our experience even more personal and heartwarming. His service was excellent and truly left a lasting impression on us. Overall, our experience at Sofitel Istanbul Taksim was extremely satisfying in every aspect. We were very happy staying here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and exceptional hospitality in Istanbul.

Well what can I say, what a hotel this was. The location was perfect, this hotel was stunning inside and out. Everyone from the housekeeping to the breakfast staff were all very attentive. I would like to give a special shout out to Ms Candan who went over and beyond looking after us. Ms Candan made sure everything was sorted and she made the experience a whole lot better. Ms Candan is an asset to your hotel and desrves a recognition for her first class customer service.

So glad we chose this hotel for our stay. The location is perfect for Taksim, Galata tower, and generally just great for going elsewhere. The lobby is absolutely beautiful, the restaurant The Oven is amazing (fresh, open fire cooked pide and lahmacun particularly), and the breakfast every day was fantastic. However it is the people that work here make this hotel what it is. As soon as you walk in they are warm, friendly, and helpful. The housekeeping workers that brought us towels and water whenever we asked were so lovely as well and always offered more than what we asked. Special shout out to the breakfast staff who always were very attentive - particularly Naurah, as well as Ms Candan at the front who was so warm to my family and I and treated us as if we were friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
