The ticket seller displayed an unprofessional and unfriendly attitude. I arrived at 10.30am, only to be told that the office was closed for lunch, even though this is usually considered working hours. It was disappointing and surprising to encounter such behavior, especially within a religious compound where one would expect hospitality and respect.

Only one wing was opened but the artefacts here are truly eye-opening if you believe the accompanied stories An English speaking guide walked us through each piece and we were allowed to take photos afterwards but an eagle eyed staff member had to make sure nobody touches anything (could've just put everything in a display cabinet)

you guys should fire her sell the ticket. she's so rude and don't sell the ticket for group tourists. and we know that's excuse because she sold ticket to next couple tourists. and she said ticket was 2000, but I saw 1000 written down the ticket. it's Jesus's holy place. shame on you.
