We booked online via booking.com. Booked three rooms however the reception staff in the morning refused to give us the room as we had not booked over the counter and wanted to charge us about 10,000 lira extra. Managed to get our keys to our rooms in the end after being told to pay by card three times so they avoid tax charges. Rooms are so small, and smell. The bathroom is so small and has mold all over. Wish I took a picture. Extremely rude and at one point we’re told to buy our toilet roll from the local supermarket. Would not even give this one star. Would not recommend this to anyone. Might as well get better service in prison than this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel and had an issue at check-in. The receptionist told us the room was €46. We only had €50, so we gave it to him. Instead of giving us proper change, he returned the difference in lira. When I checked the rate, it was equivalent to about €2.50. I asked about the rate and he said €1 = 37 lira, but he actually exchanged it at about 30 lira. Even the airport exchange rate was 41 lira at the time. After I questioned it, he said “come tomorrow and I’ll give you 20 lira.” The problem is not the money; it’s that the staff member attempted to take advantage of us with the exchange. This is unprofessional and creates a very bad impression for guests.

The value for money was excellent. Spacious, clean rooms with modern décor and attentive staff created a comfortable atmosphere that exceeded expectations for the price.
