The biggest problem is Soundproofing. You can hear everything - noise from neighboring rooms and from the street. There are dogs living right outside the hotel entrance, and they bark all night under the windows, which is the biggest downside. The mattresses are very uncomfortable: very cheap, and you can feel all the springs. One night is manageable, but if you stay longer, it’s almost impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Breakfast is very weak, with almost no real choice. It looks like there is a selection, but most of the food is barely edible. The only real positive is the staff — very friendly, helpful, and responsive, always ready to assist with any questions.

This is a small hotel next to the church complex Holy Etchmiadzin, literally abt 2 min walk. Very convenient location. The hotel tried to be well maintened although some furniture is little out of date. Meantime, everything what is needed inside including a refrigerator. There is good morning buffet in the hotel restaurant. Ang very polite and nice stuff! I would recommend but please do not expect 5 stars experience :)
