I was really hopping for an ocean view, but I got a partial city/building view. At least my room was large and comfortable. I was able to easily make a reservation for a massage and scrub at the spa and it was amazing! I ordered room service a few times and it was just okay. Definitely not with the price in my opinion but was a faster option than ordering delivery. A bottle of water fell out of the refrigerator and broke on the ground. I called the front desk and they sent someone up right away to clean it and bring me some plastic bottles of water. I enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean. The shower had all these different things going on that was cool to check out. It’s like having your own private Turkish bath. I’d love to come back and check out the suites or upgraded rooms that they offer one day.

I stayed here about 2 years ago and didn't leave a review until now as I've come to the realisation that what had happened was absolutely wrong. They lost my laundry bag containing a couple of items, including a gift from my parents, a dress for my graduation that year. The hotel cited that the cleaning lady thought that it was trash, even though I had given it to her in a laundry bag. I forgot to put the laundry receipt in there and notified the front desk an hour later. They assured me that laundry is unallocated until someone claims it. Anyway, this has all stemmed from the fact that since then, I've avoided booking any Marriot Bonvoy Hotel on my holidays. At the time, they said that they would offer me a complimentary 1 night stay or a discount at another hotel. It's nothing compared to losing a sentimental gift. Also, our room stank of cigarettes and we don't smoke at all. The breakfast was nice at least. Won't stay here again for obvious reasons. Update: there was much back and forth between management and myself back then. They also did their own “investigation” via CCTV. I also reported the situation on the Marriott Bonvoy site. Their response again just proves that if something goes wrong, they will gaslight you into thinking it’s your fault for their shortcomings. I know it’s been a while, but that doesn’t excuse avoiding responsibility yet AGAIN.

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel from the moment I arrived. Also, special thanks to Ayda who went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of at breakfast — Her professionalism, attentiveness, and positive attitude reflect the true spirit of hospitality. It’s rare to meet someone who blends efficiency with such warmth and sincerity. Team truly made my stay memorable, and I’m grateful for her outstanding service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ — Highly recommend the hotel for anyone looking for exceptional hospitality!
