We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable and well organized. From the start the atmoshpere was welcoming and service was excellent. Especially Mr Bora at reception was really courteous. He kindly helped and solved our issues with airline and we were able to enjoy our stay thanks to him.

We stayed in an Executive Suite in August. The rooms were clean but surprisingly small for one of the largest suites in the hotel – around 35 sqm. A particularly unpleasant incident occurred at check-in: although I presented my passport and repeatedly explained that the other passports were safely stored in the suitcase and that I would of course provide them later, the receptionist insisted that I open my luggage immediately and in front of everyone in the lobby. This felt extremely disrespectful and intrusive regarding our personal belongings. Overall, the cleanliness was fine, but the suite did not meet expectations, and the check-in experience left a very negative impression. Recommendation: Be more transparent about the actual room size and provide staff with training on discretion and respectful guest handling.

Dirty. I asked the front desk to clean while I was out for dinner. Never did. Luckily only there overnight with my tour company. Left early in the morning. The toilet was gross there was water all over the bathroom. The knobs on the shower fell off when I tried to shower and there was a coffee stained napkin on the dresser when I entered the room. They clearly don't care about how they present
