We worked with Queen cake for our wedding. Overall the experience was straightforward, from the initial tasting to the final delivery in Dilijan. The design of the cake was pretty close to our inspiration image and the taste was good. They also created a custom bride and groom topper for us which brought our guests many laughs (since the groom was bald!). However one thing I really didn’t like was that they stuck their company logo on the front of our cake and the logo showed up in every single picture... Our wedding planner said they refused to take it off even after being asked. Using people’s special wedding moments as an opportunity to advertise your business is tacky in my opinion. Especially when you consider the price of the cake (this is one of the most expensive cake vendors in Armenia). If you’re considering this vendor for your wedding, I just advise you to be very clear that no logo is added to your cake.

It was the 2nd time I am having the worst experience with Queen cake bakery. I have been ordering cakes from this bakery many times. One of the awkward and bad experience with them was that I ordered cake with balls. In the end they made the cake in a way it couldn't stand straight and lost its look and beauty completely. The other case, when I am about to receive the delivery in a couple of minutes, and I am receiving a call from them with the message that they don't have light and can't make the design of the cake. In the end they make a delivery with completely different design of what I have ordered. After all this staff, nervousness and awkward situation I am in, they even refuse to make compensation of what has been done from their side. It is the very last time I made order from them and I strictly don't recommend to buy any cake from this bakery.

Price-performance ratio is very small!! The cakes are very expensive and the size is too small. My family‘s ordered multiple times from the bakery and we have the impression that the price remains the same while the size and the amount of decoration in form of fruits e.g gets considerably smaller. I would advise the bakery to go back to previous service level, otherwise customers would switch to other competitors.
