My wife and I stayed at Perla Pura Hotel following a surgery in Izmir for her recovery. This very new hotel, in the centre of Izmir, went above and beyond in the service they provided. Knowing that my wife had mobility issues, they provided a chair to install within the shower, and allowed myself to take a plate of their amazing breakfast selection up to the room each morning, as she was sleeping later than the official breakfast serving hours. As she recovered and was able to venture out into Izmir, they arranged taxis for us and when we chose a restaurant one evening, phoned ahead to book us a fabulous table with sea views. A Top class service by all of the staff and much appreciated indeed! Four star hotel but five star service! The hotel itself is newly restored period building with wonderful decor and rooms which are modern, comfortable and well proportioned. It was our first trip to Izmir and aside from of course the surgery my wife had, the second long-term memory will be this wonderful hotel and staff. Thank you Perla Pura staff for making our stay as relaxed and stress-free as you did. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at Perla Pura Hotel and was extremely disappointed. Despite booking a room online, I was told upon arrival that there was no record of my booking. The room they provided was different from what I had chosen, was much smaller than expected, and had a queen size bed instead of the king size bed I paid for. To make matters worse, I wasn't given a room key and had to request one multiple times. When I finally got to my room, I was excited to relax in the jacuzzi, but the water was dirty and orange colored. I reported the issue and was told someone would be sent up within 5 minutes, but no one showed up. Overall, my experience was very poor, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of organization, poor communication, and subpar facilities made for a frustrating stay.

Hotel itself is nice with good location in the city center. I stayed in the hotel 05.-07.11.2025. After departure, already in the Izmir Airport, I found I forgot wallet in my room. Hotel sent immediately their staff to the airport by taxi and they delivered the wallet to me. I want to thank again for their service!
