The location is great! It is loud but the room is clean and spacious. No air conditioning so be prepared for that. Stairs and no elevator. But if you're looking for a nice safe space this one is it. Located so close to the Takism Square with plenty of shopping, eating close by or you can get room service right at your door!

So bad choice to avoid. We arrived late with my sister and had a bassement floor I didn’t except it being that much bad cause I’m claustrophobic. When I asked to change the room and explained the reasons they asked me to add 10€ extra. We were about accepting it and tried to explain that it is related to my claustrophobic, but nothing they didn’t want to do an exception. Then the receptionist proposed a single room which I accepted but again, to move to that room I had to pay for the night, knowing that I payed for 5 days for double. And accepted to move to a single. But I should pay for the night. So I pay for two rooms and I use one of them 😳. The last day I forgot things in the reception, I reached them and asked them gently to send me by taxi my item and o pay for all, they said we can’t do this service. Even the station manager at the airport talked to them in Turkish to ask for help but they didn’t want. I asked the taxi driver who dropped me to the airport to go and get them for me. Not helpful at all, no assistance, no water in the room, no cleaning. VERRY VERRY BAD HOTEL. Be carful.

I spend 3 nights in this hotel. We chose a room in basement but the manager gave us a room in first floor as a gift which made us happy.Stuff were so good and friendly. Room was clean but they did not charge tea and coffee. In this price, it is so worthy. If we travel to Istanbul in the future, we will go to this hotel again.
