I had an amazing stay at Noy Land Resort right by the shores of Lake Sevan. The location is unbeatable — quiet, scenic, and perfect for disconnecting while still having everything you need within the resort. The sauna area was one of my favorite parts of the stay: warm, well-maintained, and ideal after spending the day exploring the surroundings. It’s the perfect place to relax and reset. My cabin was spacious and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the lakeside views are something I’d come back for any time. If you’re visiting Lake Sevan, Noy Land Resort is definitely one of the best places to stay.

⭐ 1 star — Terrible experience at Noyland Resort This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The receptionist and staff at Noyland Resort were very impolite and even aggressive. We were told that if we reserved a table at the restaurant, the beach area would be free. But when we arrived, they said we had to pay extra to access the beach — which was a complete contradiction of what we were told. We tried to calmly explain that we only planned to stay for two hours with our family and then leave, but they refused to let us stay without payment and were very rude about it. The whole situation was embarrassing and uncomfortable. The customer service was unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Poor communication, rude staff, and an overall unpleasant atmosphere.

We stayed 2 days at one of the most expensive cottages at Noyland Hotel in Sevan. The place has some great features like a peaceful atmosphere, stunning sunset views, and cool displays including a real Yak-40 plane, a tank, and a military vehicle. However, the stay was disappointing overall. The cottage had lots of spider webs and was full of insects. The giant cottonwood tree nearby released tons of fluff, which triggered allergies for me and others, and the fluff even covered the pool, so we didn’t swim (I would suggest burning or cutting that tree). The playroom was in a catastrophic condition, with no one looking after it. Food options were limited, especially desserts, and some meals were either overly salty or too sweet. The kitchen staff were slow to respond, didn’t replace cutlery when it ran out, didn’t clear our table when they noticed it was full of dirty plates and had no space, and even refused to give us a proper bottle of water from the kitchen. Our experience here didn’t match the high price we payed.
