Pretty good location. The staff is happy to help, however the most of them don’t and I mean literally do not speak or understand English. The breakfast was not nice and absolutely not acceptable to offer such breakfast to the service users as the majority of people who stay in the hotel are the patients of the dental clinic whose came either for their dental implants or crowns and obviously would struggle a lot to eat such hard food. No scrabbled eggs, no weetabix or anything that could be a better option to those who come from Europe and have no teeth to chew with. And obviously the kitchen is not aware of how unsteady the temporary teeth are! You can’t eat with them any of the food that was offered. No luggage scales-which is ridiculously cheap and every hotel must have it. Cleaning wasn’t as great as it could be, the floor hasn’t been brushed and I could see black long hair all over the place. One of the sides of the hotel is adjoined to a residential building which has zero self awareness of what impact their actions can have on the hotel users. What I’m referring to is a music teacher who teaches students to play drums and you can hear it all day long. Now I do love music but not when I have a sore head- which obviously the case when you get your dental treatment done. Windows aren’t double glazed and outside noise at night can go until 3 am (music, shouting, cars horns etc). My last verdict, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

I understand there's a manager who takes free sandwiches and sodas for his own personal use. I witnessed this when I checked out. I heard him stuffing his bag with food and various drinks. The kitchens are also filthy, and the waiters are indifferent and their skin smells. I ordered an omelet, but it came burnt. The hotel also smelled of sewage; I remember it stank some days.

The service is terrible. The staff aren't polite. The communication by phone, email or messages don't work because the staff are not helpful. They just ignore the clients.The hotel charged me twice. I'ce paid on booking.com and when I arrived to check-in, they asked my card and charged me again even I presented the proof of payment. I paid the double price and they didn't refund me. I wrote to the hotel to ask my money back but no answer as always. I will never come back and I'll say to all my friends to never book this hotel. Not trustable. I am disappointed and I can't believe that they took my money and they don't care about paying me back. Just unbelievable behavior for a "professional place".
