We stayed at Moselle over the New Year celebration, starting before the package they sell and leaving one day after the package ends. The most striking point of disappointment for us was the choice of food. And although we complained about it an the personnel was quite responsive and even arranged a conversation with the chef, nothing really has been improved. Some additional dishes were added as the New Year package started and the the amount of dishes was reduced again agter the package ended. To be fair, if you are not vegetarian and not used to other offerings in Jermuk, then you will be probably fine. You will find what to eat and the food will be of a decent quality. If you are vegetarian, you opt for pasta, rice, potatoes, eggs, cheese and salad options. You will be able to eat something, but enjoying it won't be applicable word in that case. Also there is no description or name of the food like in other hotels. You need to either ask someone what is there or try and through. But comparing to other hotels the overall offering us poor and it is the policy of the hotel. For that minus two stars. You have to experience it 3 times a day all your stay. SPA is the second important reason to come to Jermuk. On one side the hotel is renovated and has a brand new equipment. On the other side, you will be "prescribed" maximum 5 different procedures. In case of some our family members we came with, it was only 4. We needed to escalate it and beg for adding a couple more of procedures. The management tried to help and eventually the chief doctor prescribed more. But it costed quite some nerves and lost days. We never had problems with it in other hotels. For that minus one star. New Year package. Although overall they tried their best to have a good celebration and I am sure some guests will have nothing to complain. But when we arrived, we didn't have a place at the assigned to us table. After some waiting the personnel arranged a table for four of us only and we felt good... for a while... Then another large group did not have a place and a larger table was organized and we needed to move there. Then they asked us to move again. At that point we lost our patience and remained sitted where we were. I am sorry, but the package is not cheap for such mistakes. The warm dishes selection was meat and fish. The only warm option for a vegetarian was a baked potato. For a non vegetarian the food was OK. There are many other small things that irritated during the stay. It gives an impression that the design of the hotel was not thought through. Like there are two saunas and it is good. But you cannot lay down and relax. There a couple of chairs you can sit on and that's it. The swimming pool is large, but in the main building, not in the SPA building. Although it is large, there are only 8 lounge chairs over there. Don't expect great views from your room windows. That costs more. Standard rooms may look to another wall of the building if you are unlucky. Overall it could be a great hotel given it location close to the drinking gallery, but the missmanagement and design decisions have not made it a place you want to return to. At least not for us. And please, if you have to ask for everything every time, even if the personnel will try to help you, it is not a relaxed vacation you will enjoy.

I had a wonderful stay at Muselle Hotel in Jermuk. The receptionists were extremely welcoming and made me feel at home right from the start. The staff at the medical treatment center were very friendly, attentive, and professional, which made the whole experience both comfortable and relaxing. The food at the hotel was also very good, offering a nice variety and quality. Overall, it’s a warm and pleasant place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Jermuk. I recommend to stay at least 5-7 days in order to experience all treatments.

This hotel is hidden gem and has best price value ratio. The personnel was very nice, procedures help us to reborn. They even had luxury Zielenski amenities. We decided to come back later this month. All is perfect thanks a lot for hosting us.
