My family stayed for 2 days in the villa, very cold ,cozy and clean. We never thought it’s cold weather😅. They provide towels & sanitary kits too. Staff is friendly. Very relaxing view of pine trees and you can do barbecue also. There’s no Ac because the area is cold and u can walk in the morning there’s a nearby lake sevan. If you want an area away from the City and busy life, quiet relaxing view and this is the place to stay..

I have been there for a week, though I have very good memories with my partner there, I think being there with my girl made me feel like that, it was very good, not really about the place, I can't close my eyes on the flaws and they are including Bathroom vanity smelled utterly bad after turning on the water for a few seconds One of the annoying things here is the presence of numerous insects at night, including spiders, large mosquitoes (all windows were closed), centipedes, and minor bugs. And after being there for a week, we didn't receive even one roll of toilet paper! Another thing the hut is not protected by walls or fences, someone can easily approach the building at night, and there are not lots of people around. Don't try to rent a boat through Landlord; he will charge you double more than those guys on the beach. The place isn't worth the money; you can find better options for much less.

The cabins are filthy. We stayed at the end of November, and at night, when it was 2°C (33°F) outside, they turned off our radiators, which were already eating up the heat. It was incredibly cold. We woke up to the shuffling of mice and the freezing cold. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. When I asked why they turned off the heating, they said the security guard did it. So why?! Overall, it was a terrible experience. There's no way to the lake; they showed us the way through the neighboring property's torn fence.
