This mall in is undoubtedly a fantastic place to shop and spend time. The vibe here is amazing—it’s lively, bustling with people, and has a great energy that makes it enjoyable to visit. Whether you’re looking for clothing, electronics, or just want to browse, all the essential brands are conveniently located under one roof. It’s a one-stop destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment. However, there is one downside to note: the parking policy. Unfortunately, the mall does not offer free parking. To have your parking ticket validated, you are required to make a minimum purchase of 3,000 AMD. While this might seem reasonable for larger shopping trips, it can be an inconvenience if you’re making smaller purchases. For instance, I had a situation where I bought something for less than 3,000 AMD and couldn’t get my parking validated, which was frustrating. Overall, while the parking policy could be more flexible, the mall itself is a great spot with plenty to offer. If you’re planning a visit, just keep the parking rule in mind to avoid surprises.

Inside it looks beautiful. Has KFC, burger king pizzahat and other local chains store. And the Kids playground ...wow!

A stunning modern shopping mall located just outside the main city centre, yet easily accessible by taxi or local bus. The mall is one of the biggest in Yerevan with a good selection of stores including some of the name brands. The Yerevan City inside the mall is one of the best I’ve seen with an amazing selection of chocolates and alcohol. The food court has ample seating with a nice selection of local and main stream stalls. The kids play area is modern and clean. Definitely worth the visit.
