The food was very delicious and came in generous portions. The prices are reasonable considering the taste and the location around the Taksim area. However, when I asked to take away the leftover food, I was asked to pack it myself.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Istanbul and honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the hotel itself had a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. The entire team was exceptionally kind, friendly, and professional, always ready to help with a smile. I would especially like to mention Batuhan, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. His professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made me feel truly welcomed and valued as a guest. Thanks to the wonderful team, my stay in Istanbul was even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city and I would absolutely choose to stay here again without hesitation.

Madame Roza Cafe & Restaurant offers exceptionally delicious food in a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. The staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
