I recently had the pleasure of staying at Luna, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness, attention to detail, and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The facilities were top-notch, with beautifully designed rooms, comfortable beds, and excellent amenities that made my stay both relaxing and enjoyable. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional service provided by Amir. From the very first interaction, Amir went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcomed and well taken care of. He was not only professional and efficient but also genuinely warm and personable. Amir’s local recommendations were spot-on and added a wonderful personal touch to my visit. Whether it was assisting with special requests or simply checking in to ensure everything was perfect, Amir’s dedication to excellent customer service was evident at every turn. Luna is fortunate to have such an outstanding team member, and Amir’s efforts truly made my stay unforgettable. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay with impeccable service. Excellent hotel location is very good. The rooms are very clean. I came with my family. I rented 3 rooms. And I had a safe trip for a week. The staff is very good. I will come again.

I was there a day ago the receptionist is very arrogant and rude he need to ask all of my questions his boss he doesn’t know why he is there as well very very unprofessional. They is taking reservations from hotels.com after when u arrive they want you to cancel the reservation from there and to login there like a walking.(maybe to don’t pay commission) Even when u ask for receipt the don’t give you instead they is writing by hand on note list she paid the amount £ and that’s it . I ask for receipt just because the receptionist try to cancel the reservation from our phone but didn’t work and i was worried about did they will charge me twice. They make pictures from our passports (i don’t know why ) when i ask receptionist said is for the police not for us . The rooms is so bad the don’t have even light on the half in the bathroom . Thank God we stay only one night just there and never go back .
