DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. I booked a room with them via expedia. The reviews looked good enough for me to get a room. When we walked into the hotel, we were told that all rooms were sold out. The confirmation did not work! They sent us to an “alternative” hotel which was 12 mins away, to only find ourselves in a filthy room with absolutely no space. Plain inhumane. No apologies, nothing. This isn’t a legit hotel, it’s a scam. They will not be refunding your money, or try to help you. I have put in a complain with the ministry of culture and tourism to investigate this hotel because no one should go through what my family and I did.

This hotel should be avoided. The staff were extremely impolite and unprofessional. We had booked a non-refundable room, but due to a flight delay, the hotel sold our room to someone else. Upon arrival, we were not allowed to wait at the reception while trying to find a solution, nor were we given the opportunity to speak with a manager. Instead, the receptionist asked us to leave in a very rude and disrespectful manner. This behavior is unacceptable, especially toward guests who have already paid. Very disappointing experience.

Very dirty, very moldy bathroom and old uncomfortable beds and furniture. Shower working poorly and being clogged. Big scandal at 2am and receptionist did nothing. Also rooms do not match- booking says they have balcony- no balcony in room.
