We reserved the table for two the same day (Saturday afternoon). There was availability, and we could still choose whether we wanted to sit indoors or outside. The table was reserved as requested. We were then told that the kitchen was busy and the food might take up to 50 minutes - it took only about twenty, which is an acceptable waiting time in any restaurant. The beef Ker u Sus I had was very tasteful. The Gata we ordered as dessert would have easily served four people, so we took half of it back to the hotel. The atmosphere was quite authentic, and the decoration paid attention to the details.

We quite liked this place. We loved the eggplant rolls with walnuts. We ate here twice and ordered the rolls and the summer salad both times. The summer salad we had the first time was out of this world. We both commented over and over after every bite how good it was. We think they used a tarragon oil to marinate the tomatoes and cucumbers and lettuce and it was superb. It was still good the next time but the first time, well, I already told you :-) We ordered the Georgian buttery bread with the egg in the middle, Adjarian Khachapuri, the first time, but unfortunately the egg was overcooked so we couldn’t stir it and make a wet sauce to dip the bread in. The bread was lovely and fresh, but we didn’t order it on our second visit. We ordered the peach compote, the first time and the strawberry the next, I loved them… my wife found them a little sweet but simply added some water and enjoyed them as well. Both our visits included at least three dogs who seem to be part of the furniture there. Which we loved. And of course I ordered a Dilijan draft 🍺 each time which I enjoyed. Definitely check it out if you’re in the area.

We went there on Monday evening, restaurant had just 2 other guests, but it took forever for waitres to come to ask about the order and even longer after we finished the food. They were just standing around talking or playing with phones, can't call that a good customer service. Overall food was good.
