This was my second time staying at the Izmir Marriott, and once again, the experience was excellent. The service was just as good as my previous stay, which speaks volumes about the consistency and professionalism of the hotel. Sera, who works in the M Lounge, was outstanding. She was just as welcoming, attentive, and professional, as last time. She made sure myself and other guests felt comfortable throughout the visit. Her positive attitude and attention to detail truly enhanced the experience. The entire M Lounge staff was equally impressive. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and efficient, contributing to a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in providing high-quality service. Overall, the hotel and its staff delivered the same high level of hospitality I experienced during my last visit. I genuinely appreciate the excellent service and would gladly continue to stay here again and again.

We checked into the hotel on 10 October 2025 and checked out on 13 October 2025. The hotel is at a fantastic location, just a short walk from shops and restaurants. The property was clean and well-maintained, and our room offered a beautiful view. The rooftop area was a highlight — a perfect spot to enjoy stunning sunsets. The variety and quality of food served at breakfast and in the Executive Lounge were impressive, offering excellent options for every dietary preference. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. Two individuals in particular stood out for their exceptional service and warmth. Denize at the concierge was extremely efficient and proactive in arranging a tour for us. She also went above and beyond by assisting with a minor injury and kindly providing medication. Learning that she was a trained nurse added an extra sense of comfort and reassurance. Farhan, who looked after us each morning at breakfast, consistently greeted us with a smile and served with enthusiasm and care. His attentiveness and positive attitude truly made our mornings brighter. While the housekeeping service could use a small improvement — as we were once left without glasses — the team was quick to respond and resolve the issue efficiently. Overall, we would confidently rate this hotel 5 stars for its outstanding facilities, cleanliness, amenities, and staff hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to express our sincere gratitude to Denize and Farhan for making our visit even more memorable. We look forward to returning soon.

Our stay here in Izmir was amazing! The Marriott was awesome, from the room to the meals here to the staff we interacted with. Check in was handled with a smile, Ada in guest services was always there to help, the bartender was attentive and the restaurant staff was very good. A beautiful stay with the Marriott! A beautiful stay in Izmir!
