I can describe the place as an old 3-star hotel but better than many other available accommodations with the same price. Free housekeeping, free daily complementaries, etc. Room was facilitated with basic cookware. Staff were nice & helpful even though they didn’t know English. They had luggage storage for free. There was lift available Outside noise especially at weekends was a down point but we were too tired to not fall asleep. Location was good & accessible.

We recently stayed at this hotel in Istanbul, and unfortunately, our experience was not very satisfying. While the location is definitely convenient and central, that alone isn’t enough to make up for the other issues we faced. First of all, we were extremely disappointed and uncomfortable to find out that the hotel shared my info and even my sister's information with other guests, completely without our consent. This is a serious privacy violation and left us feeling very unsafe. The rooms were quite small and on top of that, there was not always hot water available. The minibar fridge in the room didn’t work at all, the hairdryer wasn’t working either, and the communication skills of the reception staff were very poor, which made resolving issues even more difficult. All in all, despite the good location, I would not recommend this hotel due to poor service, lack of basic amenities, unprofessional staff, and the unacceptable breach of privacy.

It's not a 5 star hotel so don't expect 5 star service. Location is not too bad though there are some steep slopes to get back to Taksim Station. For the price, its good enough that you get a room with elevator access and a kitchen in the room. Refrigerator not really cold bit good enough to get simple stuff slightly chilled. If you want 5 star service and rooms,there are plenty of 5 star international chains just 5 minutes away at 7-10x the price. You get what you paid for
