What a fantastic stay we had at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always greeting us with smiles that truly capture the charm of Izmir. They even helped us with our (many!) suitcases, which was such a relief. The hotel is impeccably clean, just like the city itself! Our room was bright and cheerful with vibrant colors, super tidy, and came with a balcony offering city views from two sides (though don’t expect a jaw-dropping view, it’s still pleasant!). The room also had a free tea/coffee maker, a hairdryer in the bathroom, and free Wi-Fi that worked perfectly. The mini fridge was fully stocked (though it’s not free—beware if you’ve got kids who might sneak snacks, like ours did 😂). Breakfast was solid with good quality, even if it wasn’t super fancy. The hotel’s location is about a 15-minute drive from the city center and attractions, but walking to the beach takes around an hour and a half. Driving to the city center can be a bit tricky due to limited parking, but the hotel’s free parking was a huge plus for us since we had our car. They also serve drinks in the lobby, which added a nice touch to the vibe. For the price, this 4-star hotel offers incredible value, especially compared to pricier spots near the beach. It’s perfect for families (like ours!), couples, or any group looking for a clean, friendly, and budget-friendly stay. We left with such positive energy and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Izmir!

Got caught in a local scam, taken to a bar and then my bank account drained. Had no recollection of leaving said bar nor getting to the hotel let alone my room. No explanation or even concern for my safety or health. Very scary experience and expected more help from staff being they would be the only people to have got me to my room and opened the door etc.

We’re having a wonderful time here! Everything from the service to the ambiance has been perfect. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. We’ve really enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended for anyone looking to have a great experience!
