We stayed at House of Good Things for 8 nights The place looks lovely from the outside, but the rooms are very small and are definitely overpriced for the quality you get. Housekeeping was extremely poor. During our entire stay, room service came only twice and only upon request, and they only changed towels and sheets — no actual room cleaning at all. Check-in is at 3:00 pm, and when we arrived at 10:00 am after a long trip, we were asked to pay €10 extra for early check-in, which felt unreasonable given the price. The room has a lot of mirrors, clearly used to create a fake sense of space in photos. The owners are friendly and welcoming, but hospitality alone doesn’t justify the high price. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it for this cost.

Liia Samarenkina We stayed here for four nights and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel has a special charm — the rooms are clean, comfortable, and the building itself feels full of history. The location is also very convenient for exploring the area. At one point, an older lady (seemingly part of the staff or management) was speaking quite loudly, which could have disturbed the atmosphere. Luckily, Mr. Emir stepped in and handled everything with calmness and professionalism. He has a very respectful way of managing situations and making guests feel comfortable — you can tell he is someone who truly knows how to lead a hotel. In the evenings, the gentleman at the reception was also very polite and helpful, which made us feel even more welcome. Overall, this is a well-run hotel with a warm atmosphere, great service, and a manager who clearly cares about guest satisfaction. We would be glad to stay again and recommend it to others.

The hotel is nice but overall overpriced. Our room was very small, and the bathroom even smaller, and wasn’t completely clean, with some hairs here and there and no toilet paper. The service was not very attentive, nearly nonexistent. Additionally, the location is very touristy. We will definitely look for a different place on our next stay.
