Great location, very close to the lake. New rooms, with steep staircase between floors. No Lakeview from rooms despite being advertised as such. Ok restaurant. Downside is someone in their wisdom decided to build a chicken coop directly behind the room. Cute and fluffy until some normally unrecognisable hour in the morning when the roosters let fly every ten seconds a metre behind your bedhead. If you want to get up at daybreak. Perfect. Else avoid.

A bit difficult to find if you use Google Maps. Private room with private garage. Nice lovely people managing it. Good breakfast included. If you are in Sevan it’s the place to stay
