I had a wonderful stay at HAY Hotel Alsancak. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were very friendly and supportive. They kindly offered me an early check-in and even upgraded my room, which made my short stay extra comfortable. Great location and excellent service — highly recommended!

Super friendly staff! They checked us in early and even offered a late checkout on request. The location is excellent — close to a lively neighborhood full of restaurants and just a short walk from the promenade. My only issue was that on our second night, the central cooling system was turned off due to rain. The staff said it was to prevent some guests from feeling too cold, but my room became quite warm and couldn’t be adjusted individually. I had to sleep with the windows open — not ideal, but manageable.
