We had a mixed grill for two, along with several mezze dishes including fattoush, eggplant purée, and hummus. Everything tasted very fresh and flavorful. We also ordered the lamb shank, which was well-cooked and delicious. One of the highlights was the fresh hot bread straight from the oven—a great touch. The service was good and attentive. The atmosphere was okay, though it was a bit noisy, but it didn’t take away from the experience. Overall, the food was very good, but the prices are very high

An unforgettable experience at Medeniyetler Sofrası! We had an amazing dinner at Medeniyetler Sofrası in Istanbul — not just because of the delicious food, but also because of the warm service, entertaining interactions, and joyful performances throughout the evening. One of the highlights was the pot kebab — the beef is slow-cooked in a clay pot which is set on fire and dramatically cracked open at your table. A true feast for both the eyes and the taste buds! The atmosphere was incredibly lively, and the entire staff made us feel like part of the celebration. Manager Ömer was especially welcoming — he personally invited us to join the dance and made sure everyone was having a good time. His enthusiasm and hospitality really made our night. If you’re in Istanbul and looking for a fun, flavorful, and culturally rich dining experience, this place is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing place!! The food was absolutely delicious. Locals come here too. Special shout out to İbrahim, who was a terrific waiter. The rest of the staff were also very polite, helpful, and friendly. Also loved the picture they took. We had a great experience and will definitely be back!
