Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I rented a vehicle and returned it within the agreed delivery window. I was assured at drop-off that everything was fine and there would be no additional charges — I even signed off on all return documents. A few days later, I noticed a deduction of 102.54 euros for a supposed one-hour delay, which never occurred. I contacted customer service multiple times and was told the refund would be processed within a few days, but weeks later, I’ve received no refund and no response to my follow-ups. It’s frustrating to see a company of this size ignore customers and withhold refunds without explanation. I would caution anyone renting from them — double-check everything and get written confirmation before trusting their assurances.

Pick up from the airport went smooth. Our car was almost new with no issues. We were given clear instruction on how to return the car at the airport during the night. Easy to reach, via call, via email. Highly recommended

Great customer service, great cars. I have rented several times with happycar (dollar, thrifty and fox cars) and the service is really great (and the cheapest, at least in the Bay Area). Trustworthy. Also, I asked some questions (by mail and by phone), and they answered really quickly and efficiently. Happycar is highly recommended.
