My opinion after 2 years of being there: -1 star for having a very badly ventilated lockers that stink all the time: Although I have personally written down on their "Suggestion Booklet" to add few more air fresheners in the men's locker room, that did not happen, which means they don't care because perhaps they've made enough money. -1 star for being extremely expensive (even to American and European standards): The facilities, however good it might be (which is not perfect), isn't worth around 460.000 AMD annually, which is more than $1000 as of 2024. You can consider it if you are an athlete (you workout/swim or both 4+ days per week) AND if you live nearby. Considering this price, the internet mostly gets disconnected and is very slow. -1 star for the people who come there: Unfortunately, most people who attend the gym (especially men) don't much care about public hygiene. There are more than acceptable occasions when you see people who don't use deodorants, don't shower before entering the pool, don't flush after the use the bathroom, don't use towel when using the gym equipment, and don't even clean after themselves when they use the machines and they leave it in a horribly sweaty and wet state. This is mostly about Armenia rather than this gym, but the people cannot be separated from the gym, so unfortunately 1 stars goes for that. -1 star for: very bad internet, no hand sanitiser anywhere. Also, you have to remind them to refill the paper towels. +1 star for descent sized pool with relatively clean water: The pool is pretty clean in comparison to other pools, and the temperature is convenient. Due to its size, it's rarely very crowded. +1 start for having a very well equipped gym: You can find every possible equipment that you need, and even extra ones, which makes it a good choice for athletes. The dumbbells and equipment are always sorted and in their designated places and unlike most other gyms, you'll be very comfortable in finding what you need.

I had an amazing experience at Gold’s Spa Gym in Yerevan, where I enjoyed a relaxing massage and hammam session with Ala, a truly skilled and professional therapist. She was incredibly attentive, ensuring that I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The spa itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a calming atmosphere, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place, and if you visit, be sure to book a session with Ala, she is fantastic! 😊
