Lahmacun is a dish that represents Türkiye, but in Gaziantep, no master chef can seem to master it properly. I wanted to eat lahmacun at this establishment, but they'd piled it high with parsley; the filling was full of parsley, and I can't believe there was even a gram of minced meat inside. Eating it made me nauseous because of the vegetables. I didn't get any flavor for my money. We went to the restaurant and sat down. They said it was self-service, but it's like Paris where there's going to be a mess or something. There are only 2-3 tables occupied, what kind of rules are they talking about? And that's where the absurdity begins. You want to order, but the person at the counter is on the phone. A customer has arrived, let them take an order! Are you saving the world? You're frantically on the phone. I had to repeat my orders twice. I had döner before, and the chicken was a bit undercooked. The price is similar to what you'd find elsewhere, and it's not that great.

My family and I are visiting from Istanbul. The food was absolutely delicious. They hosted us in their family room. It was a very polite welcome. We specifically ordered the chef's plate to taste the food. It was both very filling and delicious. The döner kebab was perfectly fried and thinly sliced. Kudos to the chefs. We were very happy to discover Dürüm Evi. This will be our first stop when we come to Gaziantep from now on.

WE BOUGHT CHICKPEA WRAPS. 2 OF THE WRAPS HAVE ONLY 4-5 FRIES, 1 OF THEM HAS NO FRIED INGREDIENTS. THEY WERE ASKED AN EXTRA 10 TL TO PUT FRIES IN ONE OF THEM. THIS CAN'T BE SUCH A WORST PLACE.
