We had the best stay in Armenia with my son. Incredible service. So helpful all!! Always humble, polite with a smile 😊 The theme of the resort is amazing. Full of green many trees. Hated pool. So much privacy from the rest neighborhood. It was the best choice we made.

The rooms were very nice esthetically as well as spacious. The shower in Cottage 2 leaked badly due to a shower floor that was sloped away from the drain and toward the bathroom. Overall, bathroom aside, the room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was nice, and the food was delicious. The location right next to Sevan public beach was convenient. The heated pool and playground were great for the kids.

While definitely not a “resort”, the hotel is making great efforts to improve itself. A lot of construction going on and the pool is probably really nice in the summer. The best part of the hotel were the staff who really seemed helpful and kind. Unfortunately the rooms, while clean and spacious, left a lot be desired. No microwave or coffee/tea, the tv didn’t work, etc We ended up checking out a day early, due to the remote location and the extensive power outage (neither were the fault of the hotel) understanding that the room would not be refunded. But we were quite disappointed that the hotel manager refused to refund our second day’s breakfast and dog fee, even though we would not be using them. Overall, the staff were kind and the food was good but definitely not somewhere we would make a second trip to.
