This is truly the most beautiful hotel in the entire world. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The architecture is breathtaking, the rooms are spacious, luxurious, and perfectly clean, and every detail is designed with elegance and comfort in mind. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making me feel welcome at all times. The food is outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options prepared to the highest standard. The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and magical, creating the perfect place to relax and enjoy every moment. I have stayed in many hotels, but nothing compares to this one. It is pure perfection, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience. I cannot wait to come back.

Excellent experience. This was my 3rd stay & each time I have enjoyed myself. The staff is excellent. Always very pleasant and happy to help with whatever is needed. The breakfast is nice & the property is beautiful. Wonderful location. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Reception / Concierge: Perfect. At arrival, staff greeted me with name, unloaded my luggage and lead me to the reception. Check-in was super fast, friendly and professional. Room / Suite: Excellent. Spacious and very nice view on the Bosporus. Room service: The whole order process went super smooth. Nowadays, even at top hotels, staff sometimes doesn’t understand you, is not concentrated or makes mistakes. Here, the person taking my order was friendly, clever and made no mistakes with my order. The salmon was good, the beef Medaillons with pilav rice excellent, one of the tastiest things I ate in Istanbul. Also the breakfast was solid. Conclusion: Good located hotel with great, well trained staff and very good food. Everything went super smooth and there were no problems at all. Would return when in Istanbul.
