The lady working at checkout (11:30 January 19) was very sweet and friendly! Its my second time getting coffee in this chain and I have to say its probably the best in Istanbul. There is also plenty of seating with plugs for work, and a whole 7 floors of seating

It’s my favorite café! All the staff there are kind, friendly, and quick to serve. Their drinks are really good — I especially love their oat milk latte; it’s so delicious! The place is wonderful and peaceful

We were there in the evening, around 18, so I guess the personnel was somewhat tired. We have ordered two coffees and two desserts, they forgot to give us the desserts, so the coffee went cold before I had to go and ask second time. And then the table where we were sitting it was very drafty, not ideal. The coffee was too sweet and the chocolate glazing on the dessert tasted more like cheap sugar than actual chocolate.
