From the photos, I expected a hotel that was luxurious and spread over a lot of land. It was just the plot that surprised me- as it was quite enclosed - and some disappointment with service consistency. The rooms are very well designed and lovely views over a (much smaller than imagined) courtyard setting with trees. It has huge potential but needs a service uplift and fresh focus on detail. A hotel manager who really cares about the place and the team. The pool is beautifully landscaped. Staff are invisible - even with an impressive bar on offer. Sauna is a great addition but no instructions and staff not sure how it works (ie there is a time switch). Staff seem to be in hiding everywhere except the main desk. Main desk team lovely but not consistent with knowledge. Breakfast is good but there should be a chef in the centre of the island to tell you what is what and facilitate orders - my two fried eggs took five requests and twenty minutes. Day 2 and chef was on and service overall much more diligent. Dinner in the restaurant in the evenings. Second night four front of house and just two of us but the plates were not cleared. No one asked if the food was good. The main courses were excellent and chefs clearly good but let down by service. We gave up waiting post dessert after half an hour and retreated to hotel lounge. This hotel could be superb but the front of house team is not adequately trained and not managed. We do recommend it highly though.

The best hotel I’ve ever been to in Armenia!!! The hotel is great, and a has great vibes! They have a very big pool, and a fantastic bar with insane Cheeseburgers. If you are going to dilijan you have to stay here. The rooms were ALL so big and spacious. And all facilities, all rooms and everything were extremely clean. The rooms had a cozy mood that mixed modern and tradition. If you haven’t been to this hotel you have to go!!! Staff were all extremely friendly, and welcoming.

Dilijani Tun is an amazing place to stay — everything about our experience was excellent. 📍 Location: Perfectly situated in the heart of Dilijan, it gives you quick access to the town while still surrounded by peaceful nature. You can easily reach restaurants, shops, and local attractions, yet it feels like a quiet retreat away from the noise. 🛎 Service: The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Their professionalism and kindness really added to our stay and made everything effortless. 🛏 Rooms: Beautifully designed, clean, and cozy — a real combination of comfort and local charm. We truly enjoyed our room, and the atmosphere made our vacation memorable. It left us so impressed that we’re already planning to come back next year to try the other rooms and discover even more of what this property has to offer. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dilijan — a stay that combines comfort, hospitality, and the perfect location.
