I stayed at this hotel for a full week in May 2025, and honestly it was a great experience. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were amazing — super friendly, polite, and always helpful. I really felt welcome during my stay. Everything was well organized and relaxing. I would definitely come back and stay here again. Highly recommended!

I stayed there for 3 days, I can say it has a really good location if you wanna be near Istiklal Street, other than that, they don't have good service, I asked them to clean room many times with no any response. Water pressure in bathroom was not good. Rooms are very small. Its good for couple of days but not for long stay. Level of cleaning not also that trustable.

Male receptionist was great but the female receptionist or owner with the tattoos was unbelievable , wile checking out I asked her politely to remove the breakfast photo since they don’t serve it anymore because from the photo I thought they have it . She told me we can’t remove it without giving me any reason & that it’s my fault to not pay attention & she started to say stupid stuff. My advice if you go there dont complain or complain to the other males or the female cleaners they are so nice .
