A good gym, professional. It differs for the better from fitness clubs, where everything is relaxed. This is a more serious level. Yes, it would be possible to improve the ventilation, fix the shower, change some of the mats, but these are minor things. The most important thing is that in terms of martial arts, this is a very good gym.
