The hotel is new. Open since June 2023. So far, there are 2 guest houses with two floors. Actually, that is why there are only 4 stars for the service, there is just not enough. Suite. Consists of a large kitchen-living room and two bedrooms. The kitchen has water, a kettle, a gas stove, but there is nowhere to buy food nearby for self-cooking, so we ate in a cafe 100 meters from our room. Very sincere people. The food is delicious. If you wish, you can bring everything you need with you, for example, meat for barbecue. The room has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed. The second has two single beds. You can come with your family. There is a toilet with a shower. The room is completely new, clean. The location is next to the highway and the lake, you can come in your own car, there is a yard where you can leave it. A little noisy because of passing cars. The room comes with its own table and barbecue. There is Internet, TV. There is no entertainment nearby except for those on the beach. There are gazebos and barbecues on the beach. You can take a boat ride around Sevan. The beach is comfortable. You can come with children. I recommend it.

New, clean and modernly equipped apartments near Lake Sevan. If you want to have something to eat, avoid the neighboring ArtStar Fast food (breakfast is served here for guests), it is a disaster.

I don't recommend it; the management is very unreliable. You can book in advance, but at the last minute they might cancel your reservation and give the cottage to someone else about 30 minutes before your arrival.🤨
