The view from the room was beautiful. The room itself was fairly big and pretty clean. The bathroom was large. The restaurant was pretty good and had tasty food and the breakfast was good. It was good value. It was pretty cold during night. The beds were worn out and not so comfortable. Furniture was old. 3.5/5

It was the Perfect stay! People were so friendly, the food was great and rooms so pretty. Location is also just perfect. Thanks so much for the stay🌞

Fantastic view😍🤩 of Lake Sevan n clean hotel🤗; however, there are too many cats😳😱 around, too close for my comfort as allergic to cats fur 😵‍💫 quiet atmosphere around lake area with water fowl presence 😊
