The nature around the hotel is beautiful with majestic views and a peaceful atmosphere. Most of the staff were kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, the positive ends there. There was constant smoke coming from the chimney, and I could clearly smell it on the balcony and sometimes even in the room. Instead of enjoying fresh mountain air, I had to deal with smoke drifting into the outdoor space, which made the balcony unpleasant to use. There was also trash left in the outdoor areas, which was very disappointing in such a scenic location. The restaurant prices were absurdly high. They were even more expensive than most restaurants in the center of Yerevan. The renovation of the rooms felt very basic and cheap, which did not match the pricing at all. It feels like the hotel relies only on the incredible nature around it and ignores the importance of comfort, cleanliness, and reasonable service. With better management and fair prices it could be a wonderful place, but in its current state I do not recommend staying here.

The hotel is located in a beautiful place with stunning views, surrounded by peace and quiet. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help — this is probably the hotel’s main advantage. Unfortunately, the overall impression was disappointing. Breakfast was spoiled by a huge number of flies, which made it unpleasant to eat. The grounds looked neglected, with little attention paid to cleanliness and maintenance. The room also did not meet expectations — the interior felt worn out and lacked basic care. It seems like the hotel is located in a mountainous area where you expect to enjoy fresh mountain air. But due to the fact that the hotel burns briquettes to provide hot water, the whole territory is filled with unpleasant smoke, which completely spoils the atmosphere. Despite the wonderful location and the efforts of the staff, the quality of accommodation unfortunately did not match the claimed standard.

Paradise for adventure and animal lovers! Great location for 2-3 days of adventure in a majestic setting. Friendly dogs, cats and horses roam the property.
