I had a fantastic experience at AllDent! The building is immaculate-modern, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. The staff are incredibly kind, genuinely friendly, and highly professional throughout the entire visit. What impressed me most was their ability to communicate fluently in both English and German, making it easy for international visitors to feel comfortable and understood. Highly recommended!

Although many people seem to have had good experiences here, unfortunately mine was not! The receptionist refused to let me see the dentist, saying that my insurance only covers emergencies and that I wasn’t in pain — even though I actually had a toothache. She didn’t believe me and treated me quite disrespectfully. Fortunately, I went to another dental office where, despite having the same type of insurance, I was treated with kindness and human dignity. I’m glad I won’t have to visit this practice again.

Amazing people overall! They are all well trained and most importantly you feel comfortable with them especially in taking care of my root canal treatment. I’ve been visiting and changing to different dental clinics but I wasn’t that satisfied with the service but so far, Alldent exceed my expectations. I wish them all the best and for the dentists and staffs out there- Keep up the good work! All the best for you guys🫶🏻
