Amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. Rooms were very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Special thanks to Dania for her excellent communication and attention to our comfort and children, and to Amel for her kindness. Breakfast team (Bashir, Mohammed, Yara) provided great service. The spa and pool are beautiful and well-maintained. Highly recommended.

The hotel itself has a beautiful luxury feel to it. We came for the restaurant and it was amazing. The food, the atmosphere, music and staff were incredibly hospitable especially for Yaren, which assisted us during our meal. If you’re thinking of having a nice luxurious meal in Istanbul you will not regret coming here.

The hotel’s service and the attitudes of the staff are in line with its luxury level. All of the staff, from the reception to housekeeping, are friendly and many pay attention to details to deliver a great hospitality experience. (Special thanks to Dania, Mehmet, Okan, and out guest experience manager and the luggage boys) The view from the suites facing the golden horn is also spectacular, I also like the design of the interior and the outdoor pool. The hotel also have lovely small boats to take guests on a tour in the bay and across it to the lively neighborhood of Balat. In general, it’s worthy to be a luxury hotel and elevated our time in istanbul. However, as a newly opened hotel, a few shortcomings shall be noted to improve future performance. First, the breakfast wasn’t very enjoyable. Not because of the food but because of the restaurant. I felt physically annoyed by the light and sound of the restaurant when having breakfast. The acoustic effects of the high ceilings and its industrial design combined with the too loud music in the restaurant made it not the relaxing space in which one wants to enjoy an energizing morning, but more like a noisy hall. As for the light, the lights are too dim and the natural light isn’t led into the hall very nicely, leaving everything a bit grey. Despite the nice decor and view, and nice service, the dining hall is probably one of the least enjoyable environments to have breakfast in most of the hotels I’ve been to. It’s much better for dinner when it’s gets dark though. Secondly, I love the design of the outdoor hot bath and the mosaic designed to look like a carpet in the water, but some of the beautiful mosaic next to the outdoor pool is peeling off, this can be dangerous for people not wearing shoes near the pool, it shall be taken care of. All in all, it’s still one of the best and most beautiful hotels in istanbul because of its location, staff, service, view and design. I hope it gets even better with future improvements.
